The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. the hotel also allowed us to check in early, which was a bonus. the room was quiet and the double windows helped to block out any noise from outside. the hotel's location was convenient, with a 5-minute walk to a nearby attraction and a 15-minute walk to the main square.
One drawback was the small and dirty pool, which was not very inviting. It would have been better if the hotel provided guests with a net to clean the pool themselves.

This place had a fantastic location, it was peaceful, and not too far from the park; the private bathroom had a bathtub and a lovely view of the garden from the window.

Easy and convenient check-in process with no contact needed with staff. The rooms were spacious and spotless, making for a comfortable stay. The location was nice and calm, away from the center of the city but still within reach.
The description of the room was misleading as it mentioned a pool and garden view that did not exist. The rooftop terrace, although equipped with hammocks, lacked any sort of decoration or ambiance.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the different part of Valladolid that Casa Sisal is located in. the colorful street behind the hotel had plenty of restaurants and there was a beautiful square nearby. the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, even providing us with an extra copy of the room keys when we accidentally locked ourselves out. the room exceeded our expectations and the pool was a great bonus. Beds were comfortable and everything was perfectly clean.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints.

Our stay at Casa Sisal Valladolid Yuc was amazing! The room exceeded our expectations, with comfortable beds and perfectly clean linens. The owner was so kind and accommodating, even replacing our lost keys after hours. The pool was a small but fun option for the kids. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center and convento. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, a true gem in the Sisal neighborhood. Despite minor issues like having to reconnect to the wifi and limited water bottles, our overall experience was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. They also had safes for valuables, which was convenient. the hotel's location was great. It was within walking distance of the center and there were plenty of food and drink options nearby. - the check-in process was smooth and easy, even though there was no contact with a person.
The odor of the cleaning products was quite strong in my room. It was almost overwhelming at times, particularly at the end of the day.

I recently stayed at Casa Sisal in Valladolid for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a different part of the city, allowing guests to explore a unique side of Valladolid that they may not typically see. There is a charming square just behind the hotel, filled with restaurants, as well as a vibrant and colorful street nearby. The room was comfortable, with cozy beds and a great shower. We were even able to check in early, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk from San Bernardino de Siena, where you can catch the mesmerizing sound and lights show that takes place from Wednesday to Sunday. Casa Sisal provided us with a pleasant and memorable stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Great value for the price, the room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The rooftop terrace with hammocks was a nice touch even though it could use some decoration. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was conveniently within walking distance of the center. Definitely recommended.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety of options.
